Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Trainee Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your legal career with full training in residential/commercial property transactions and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

1. Assist solicitors in preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents (e.g. sale and purchase agreements, mortgages, loan/facility agreement, land registry submissions)

2. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and government agencies

3. Conduct legal research and due diligence on property titles and financing arrangements

4. Manage files and tract transaction progress

5. Prepare and review loan/financing documentation under supervision

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, or any fields (fresh graduates encouraged)

2. Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (written/spoken). We are looking for Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking customers.

3. Meticulous attention to detail (especially for financial/legal documents)

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
