Job Summary:

The Business Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The primary focus of this role will be conducting compliance checks and reviewing relevant documents to assess and maintain compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular compliance checks to evaluate the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies (including internal control and organization’s SOP).
  • Review and evaluate business processes, internal controls and SOP to identify compliance gaps or potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal policies changes and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  • Monitor and track compliance-related activities, including audits, investigations, and corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance activities and findings.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance monitoring tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
