We're looking for a skilled MT4/MT5 Administrator with experience in CFD brokerage, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for trading technology. If this sounds like your area of expertise, we would like to hear from you!
What you’ll be working on:
Ensure the smooth and proper operation of MT4/MT5 trading platforms and related systems.
Maintain the firm's trading ecosystem by overseeing the functionality and performance of trading applications.
Perform routine maintenance, including front-end, back-end, and server upkeep.
Conduct basic operations on various cloud services.
Assist with trading system configurations such as leverage adjustments, group creation and modifications, and PAMM/MAM settings.
Work closely with the customer service team to resolve transaction issues, slippage concerns, violations, and other trading-related matters.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other departments to expedite incident resolution.
What we’re looking for:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support or a similar role within a CFD brokerage firm.
Experience in MT4/MT5 trading system administration is a MUST.
Strong command of both English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen interest in trading technology.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts as required.
Prior experience in supporting client inquiries and technical issues within the Financial Services, Forex, or Futures industry is preferred.
Familiarity with PXM, OneZero, Brokeree, or FXBO is an advantage.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems is a plus.
Background in trading, investment, finance, or forex is beneficial.
Fresh graduates with a background in IT that are interested in trading technology are encouraged to apply
