A leading international bank seeks a CCT Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves preparing staff lists for voice recording, supporting CCT processes, and managing operational risks. The Communication and Collaboration Tools (CCT) Analyst is responsible for preparing the list of staff needed for voice recording and submitting the results to compliance and surveillance as well as preparing for the monthly CCT forum and additional CCT controls. Admin support for other processes may also be required.
• Support the CCT process owner in preparing the monthly recorded population file
• Support the CCT process owner in identifying the gap analysis from the recorded population and submitting the results to Surveillance and CFCC.
• Update the monthly CCT metrics based off the results sent to Surveillance and CFCC
• Prepare for the monthly CCT forum including pack preparation and data analysis.
• Support the CCT process owner on any other admin tasks as needed.
• Support the wider Trading & Sales BRM team on other admin tasks as needed.
Risk Management
Proactive risk management; including supporting any operational risks related tasks for the wider team
Governance
• Adherence to all bank’s policy and standards, including eLearning courses on time
• Properly execute implementation of CCT controls or other OKRs
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience and good understanding of Risk Framework and governance.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Analytical skills and Stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS Office tools ie. strong excel
