DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

Monitor trade flow and execute trades when necessary across exchange traded products such as stocks and futures.

Support risk management functions, including margin monitoring and trade limit checks.

Assist in liaising with upper brokers on trade and product related matters, including commissions, order execution, product updates, and more.

Liaise with internal teams, including settlement, compliance, technical support, and operations to ensure seamless trading activities and work collaboratively to resolve trade related transaction issues.

Assist with product related maintenance in the trading system, such as matching futures contract sizes and stock lot sizes with the relevant exchanges.

Participate in system testing for trading platforms or new product implementations.

Assist in the rollout of new financial products and services.

What we’re looking for:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.

At least 1–2 years of experience in dealing with exchange-traded products (e.g., stocks, futures, options).

Exposure to bonds, funds, and structured products (e.g., FCNs, shark fins) is a plus.

Familiarity with trading systems and involvement in trading system development or testing is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in project management related to system or product launches is a significant advantage.

Good command in BOTH English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders).

Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role. Fresh graduates in finance, economics, or related fields are also welcome.
