DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

1. To execute securities, futures, and options and related orders.
2. Reporting to clients timely, orderly, and accurately at all times.
3. To check and monitor customer’s equity and position limits to ensure no over-trading.
4. To escalate immediately on occurrence of error, to ensure a detailed account of error report is made promptly.
5. Assist to deal with upper brokers regarding trade and product related matters such as commission, order execution, product updates, etc.
6. Handle trade and financial product related matters including holiday announcements, new product launch, and new product testing, etc.
7. Assist in product related maintenance in trading systems such as futures contract size matching with related exchange, stock lot size matching, etc.
8. Resolve trade-related transaction issues together with related departments.
9. Involve in trading system enhancement projects.

What we’re looking for:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
2. Possess trading knowledge and experience in Forex, Stocks, Futures, Bonds, or Funds will be an added advantage.
3. Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT5 is highly desirable.
4. Experience in project management related to new system/product launches will be considered a significant advantage.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
6. Good command of BOTH English and Mandarin (as needed to support Mandarin-speaking customers).
7. Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangements.
