Job summary

A leading health supplement company is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to enhance retail success and brand growth. The role involves developing trade marketing strategies, collaborating with multiple teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance. Qualifications

  • 3+ years in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, health supplements, or pharmaceuticals.

  • Proven ability to create winning POS displays, promotions, and retailer incentive programs.

Cambert (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading health supplement company dedicated to provide high-quality, science-backed nutritional products. We are expanding our trade marketing team and seeking a dynamicTrade Marketing Managerto drive retail success and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and executetrade marketing strategiesto boost product visibility and sales in the pharmacies.

· Work closely withsales and brand marketing to create impactful in-store promotions, POS materials, and merchandising plans.

· Train and equipretail partners & sales teamswith product knowledge and competitive differentiation tools.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to optimize trade spend and ROI.

· Leadretail activation campaignsand ensure flawless execution at store level.

· Collaborate with digital marketing to alignonline and offline trade strategies.

· Manage budgets, measure campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.

· 3+ years in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, health supplements, or pharmaceuticals.

· Strong understanding ofretail dynamics and merchandising.

· Proven ability to createwinning POS displays, promotions, and retailer incentive programs.

· Analytical mindset with experience insales data interpretation and market research.
