Job summary

Danone Malaysia is seeking a CCD Investment Planning Manager to own trade investment governance, budget stewardship, and performance analysis. You will partner with Sales, CCD and Finance to optimize spend and deliver insights that maximize sales returns.

The role requires 3–5 years in Sales Ops, Trade Marketing Finance, Commercial Excellence, Trade Claims Management, or Trade Investment Governance within FMCG, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing Finance, Commercial Excellence, Trade Claims Management, or Trade Investment Governance in FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate funds across channels and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Act as custodian of Malaysia trade investment funds, ensure spend stays within budgets.
• Consolidate and monitor trade spend across channels, customers, and promotions.
• Track budget utilization and provide visibility on funds and commitments.
• Ensure trade claims are submitted, reconciled, and accounted for with Sales, Trade Marketing and Finance.
