About the role

RSPlan Consult Sdn. Bhd., a leading urban planning and design consultancy, is seeking a talented Town Planner and Drafter to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our urban environments, contributing to the development of sustainable and liveable communities.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive town planning solutions

Preparing detailed town planning documents, including master plans, layout plans, building plans

Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and the community to ensure alignment with planning policies and regulations

Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on urban design, land use, land matters, planning application

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the urban planning industry

What we're looking for

Degree and Diploma in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field

Relevant experience and qualifications in town planning but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in using CAD tools, and other urban planning software

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with various stakeholders

Passion for creating sustainable and liveable urban environments
