Job summary

A travel agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented individual to arrange travel itineraries and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, exceptional organizational skills, and is proficient in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Draft out quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to customer.
  • Arrange hotel booking, flight booking, and transportation based on travel itineraries.
  • Communicate with suppliers and services providers.
  • Manage regular travel company daily operations.
  • Coordinate reservations for tours, hotels, and other facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Draft out quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to customer.
  • Arrange hotel booking, flight booking, other transportation booking as per the travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
  • Communicate with suppliers & services providers.
  • Manage regular travel company daily operations.
  • Coordinate reservations for tours, hotel, coach and other facility reservations.

  • Language Required - Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
