A travel agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented individual to arrange travel itineraries and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, exceptional organizational skills, and is proficient in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities
- Draft out quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to customer.
- Arrange hotel booking, flight booking, and transportation based on travel itineraries.
- Communicate with suppliers and services providers.
- Manage regular travel company daily operations.
- Coordinate reservations for tours, hotels, and other facilities.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with suppliers & services providers.
- Manage regular travel company daily operations.
- Coordinate reservations for tours, hotel, coach and other facility reservations.
