Job Responsibility
Assist in coordinating
group travel arrangements (e.g. flights, accommodations, transfers, activities).
Support the preparation of
itineraries, quotations, cost sheets, rooming lists, and other travel documentation.
Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and ground partners to confirm bookings and trip details.
Help prepare
proposals and client presentations for upcoming trips and events.
Assist with
client servicing before, during, and after trips, ensuring smooth operations.
Be part of the
on-site support team during events and trips (may involve early mornings, evenings, or weekends).
Provide post-trip support, including feedback gathering and reporting.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with
up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in
group travel planning,
event logistics, and corporate travel programs.
Good written and spoken
English. Ability to communicate in
Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to work
irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays during travel periods or events.
Willing to
travel domestically or internationally for on-site support.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A team player with a
positive attitude, eager to learn and grow.
