Qualifications

Tour Management Officer (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Management Officer to join JTA Tours (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time member of our travel and tourism organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of our diverse range of tour packages.

What you'll be doing

• Communicate with agents in Japan regarding hotel reservations and other inquiries
• Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and guides in Malaysia
• Prepare tour arrivals and manage tour assignments
• Recommend Malaysian products to Japanese agents

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM qualification, preferably entry-level with specialization in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in the service industry is an advantage
• Willing to learn and hardworking
• Ability to work humbly and proactively
