Job Responsibility

• Coordinate, and execute engaging tours for groups.
• Execute with suppliers, venues, and transport services to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the tour process.
• Manage bookings, prepared itineraries, and handle logistics.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the tour, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• For big projects, coordinate room keys, arrival to departure logistics, meals standards ahead as advance teams.
