Mission

Manage process-related operations, meet production KPIs, and safety targets, ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime.

Scope

• Manage the FPSO topside process system.
• Assist the Technical Superintendent and Fleet Production Superintendent with process-related matters.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Duties

• Coordinate offshore and onshore teams to support FPSO Helang production.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective process operation with minimal environmental impact, complying with legislation and safety standards.
• Identify and review risks in production systems, suggesting management improvements.
• Monitor human resources in collaboration with the Production Supervisor, provide feedback to ensure adequate manpower offshore.
• Utilize CMMS for compliance reporting and follow-up on tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and procurement related to process systems.
• Familiarize with process systems, operations, and maintenance.
• Spend at least ten weeks offshore annually to oversee operations and crew.
• Be ready to assist offshore operations at any time and mobilize as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permits, and company policies.
• Maintain operation and maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of spare parts and chemicals.
• Assist in planning repairs, projects, and shutdowns, keeping management informed.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for maintenance and operational support.
• Ensure safety precautions and operational procedures are followed.
• Review and monitor safety and operational reports, highlighting concerns.
• Support contractor activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Review work permits and risk assessments, monitor daily operations.
• Prepare offshore visit reports.
• Review purchase requests and coordinate with procurement.
• Follow up on critical spares and shutdown planning to avoid delays.
• Oversee offshore reports, logs, and spreadsheets.
• Undertake relevant training and participate in offshore audits.

Authority

Delegated authority by Fleet Production Superintendent.

Qualifications
