Job description

1. Assist in the pitching for top seller programs and marketing solution packages to Top Brands.
2. Optimize the portfolio of top brands/sellers across various advertising solutions.
3. Identify opportunities to enhance sales and revenue for managed brands/sellers.
4. Focus primarily on Top brands and top spending sellers (GSKA and top Local KA brands).
5. Major product focus on Sponsored Display.
6. Develop strategies for Display solution adoption and monetization, along with creating operational roadmaps for different timeframes (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to meet KPIs and company goals.
7. Craft Marketing Solutions packages and oversee key Display operations.
8. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and senior management to ensure operational excellence.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in business development, sales, brand partnerships or direct client-facing roles, preferably in eCommerce. Strong understanding or possesses experience dealing with premium brands.
2. Excellent knowledge of the online advertising landscape, key players, technologies, and algorithms.
3. Excellent ability in using data to measure performance, infer conclusions, and make decisions.
4. Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and cross-functional teams.
5. Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Previous hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, Adjust, and other marketing tools is a strong plus.
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Powerpoint / Excel Advanced); SQL knowledge is a plus.
8. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
