About Our Client

Our client is an established Contract Manufacturer with over 30 years of experience specializing in precision plastic injection molding. The company exports to markets including Southeast Asia, China, the USA, and the EU.


Job Description


  • Manage the complete lifecycle of injection molding tools, including design, procurement, maintenance, repair, and optimization.

  • Coordinate with design engineering and production teams to develop and validate new tooling designs.

  • Develop and maintain a tooling schedule to ensure molds are ready for production deadlines.

  • Oversee tooling maintenance programs to minimize mold downtime and extend mold life.

  • Lead and supervise tooling technicians and maintenance staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

  • Evaluate tooling performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

  • Manage tooling budgets, including capital investments, repairs, and tooling-related expenses.

  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors for tooling procurement, repairs, and technical support.

  • Ensure tooling complies with all safety and quality standards, including ISO and company policies.

  • Troubleshoot tooling-related production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of tooling specifications, maintenance records, and inspection reports.
