JOB SUMMARY

With years of experience to lead the innovative mold manufacturing capability to exceed customer's requirements. Provide necessary technical instructions to achieve mold tech system efficiency, leading the peer industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and establish technical standards for mold manufacturing.
2. Responsible for mold design technology, process development, and improvement. Establish the ideal mold design process to shorten development periods.
3. Implement new mold design technology to ensure project targets are met.
4. Support fixture development and improvement.
5. Support analysis, development, and improvement of clamping fixtures for Auto Measuring System.
6. Establish and monitor the development of mold manufacturing systems to enhance mold quality.
7. Support the development and improvement of mold automation.
8. Monitor progress and training results of manufacturing systems.
9. Review and confirm the soundness of mold manufacturing system operation manuals.
10. Plan and implement new mold design system development, utilizing external resources and establishing mold design guidelines to meet departmental targets.
11. Support mold project progress and deploy results to overseas sites.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
