JOB SUMMARY

With years of experience, lead the innovative mold manufacturing capability to exceed customer requirements. Provide necessary technical instructions to achieve mold tech system efficiency, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and establish technical standards for mold manufacturing.
2. Responsible for mold design technology, process development, and improvement. Establish ideal mold design processes to shorten development periods.
3. Implement new mold design technology to ensure project targets are met.
4. Support fixture development and enhancement.
5. Support analysis, development, and improvement of clamping fixtures for Auto Measuring System.
6. Establish and monitor the development of mold manufacturing systems to enhance mold quality.
7. Support the development and improvement of mold automation.
8. Oversee progress and training results of manufacturing systems.
9. Review and validate the soundness of mold manufacturing system operation manuals.
10. Plan and develop new mold design systems, utilizing external resources, and establish mold design guidelines to meet departmental targets for new technology development.
11. Support mold project progress and deploy results to overseas sites.
12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
