JOB SUMMARY

With years of experience to lead the innovative mold manufacturing capability to exceed customer's requirements. Provide necessary technical instruction to achieve mold tech system efficiency, leading the industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and establish technical standards of mold manufacturing.
2. Responsible for mold design technical aspects, process development, and improvement. Establish the ideal mold design process to shorten development periods.
3. Implement new mold design technologies to ensure project success.
4. Support fixture development and improvement.
5. Support analysis, development, and improvement of clamping fixtures for Auto Measuring System.
6. Establish and monitor the development of mold manufacturing systems to enhance quality.
7. Support the development and improvement of mold automation.
8. Monitor progress and training results of manufacturing systems.
9. Review and confirm the soundness of mold manufacturing operation manuals.
10. Plan and implement new mold design system development, utilizing external resources and establishing design guidelines to meet department targets.
11. Support mold project progress and deploy results to overseas sites.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in mold manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read mold mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in mold fixture design.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
