Job description

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in stamping die design (progressive, transfer, or line dies preferred).
3. Proficient in CAD software, with experience in solid modeling and drafting standards.
4. Strong understanding of stamping processes, materials, tolerances, and GD&T.
5. Knowledge of tool steel selection, heat treatment, and wear resistance principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
8. Willingness to be stationed in Kulim, Malaysia.
