Job Description
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies at the branch level to meet or exceed sales targets
- Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the company’s products and services and actively promote them to customers to drive sales growth.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, maintenance, collections and servicing reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate and organized documentation related to sales and servicing.
- Continuously train and develop self and team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills to enhance overall branch performance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations, including premise maintenance tasks.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators related to sales and servicing, implementing improvement strategies as needed.
- Verifying the accuracy of end-of-day processing, including branch summaries and the verification process.
- Monitoring and resolving outstanding credit control issues within specified timelines.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the Takaful/financial services industry
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with Takaful products and services
- Experience in managing customer relationship and resolving issues.
