Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is required or advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Demonstrates discipline, reliability and caring attitude toward children.

Responsibilities

• Learn, absorb, practice, and share with other teachers the spirit and content of The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP).
• Understand the TLCP curriculum, syllabus and content in accordance to Little Caliphs.
• Ensure assigned kindergarten classroom decorations and teaching aids are updated, neat and tidy.
• Assist the principal in updating and sharing activities with parents in social media and parent teacher meetings.
• Conduct and monitor children's activities in kindergarten such as prayer, meal time, and nap time.
• Document student attendance, ensure safety and well-being, and treat each child with love and care.
• Assist children in taking baths, getting dressed, eating and cleaning themselves.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students from arrival to dismissal.
• Ensure health and safety of children from arrival to dismissal in daycare.
• Prepare and handle meals for breakfast, lunch and tea time in daycare.
• Ensure cleanliness and supervise all cleaning activities at the daycare area.
• Perform other duties such as assisting in kindergarten events or gate duties per schedule.
