Job summary

Little Caliphs in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to learn, absorb, practice, and share the TLCP program. You will understand the curriculum, maintain neat decorations and teaching aids, and assist the principal in updating activities for parents via social media and parent-teacher meetings.

You will oversee kindergarten and daycare routines, monitor attendance, ensure safety and well-being, and support meals and personal care.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree is required; Early Childhood Education background preferred.
Excellent communication and caring attitude towards children.

Responsibilities

Learn, absorb, practice and share TLCP program material with other teachers.
Ensure classroom decorations and teaching aids are up to date and tidy.
Assist the principal in updating activities for parents via social media and parent-teacher meetings.
Conduct and monitor children's activities in kindergarten including prayer, meals and nap times.
Document attendance, ensure safety and well-being of all children.
Assist children with bathing, dressing, eating and personal care.
Ensure safety from arrival to dismissal in all daycare and kindergarten activities.
Perform other duties such as assisting events and supervising gate opening/closing as per schedule.
