Job Responsibility

The Operations Manager/Executive is pivotal to our Operation Department, focusing on Tinting & Dashcam Installation. They will:

Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure peak departmental performance and achievement of goals.

Manage operations, maintenance of equipment, and facility oversight.

Provide regular reports on operational challenges and developments to the Director and Department Head.

Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to the company's high standards.

Foster efficient communication between the Sales team and management to optimize operations.

Spearhead the development and realization of long-term plans aligned with company objectives.

Handle operational budgets and expenditures.

Monitor service providers' performance, ensuring quality standards are met.

Formulate strategic direction for the operations team, driving the execution of work plans.

Introduce technology solutions to bolster productivity and workflow.

Maintain precise inventory records.

Refine and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to bolster company growth.

Guarantee timely and accurate reporting and documentation.

Uphold strict quality control and safety protocols.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors or designated authorities.

Organize and conduct consistent training for operational staff and technicians across outlets.
