Job summary

O.TWO.O Cosmetics is seeking a live streamer/content creator to drive sales through engaging TikTok live sessions. You will interact with viewers, respond to comments, and help produce product videos and short-form content. The role demands strong storytelling and confident on-camera presence in a fast-paced beauty ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as live streamer or content creator in beauty/e-commerce.
• Fluent Malay and English communication.
• Strong on-camera presence and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions showcasing cosmetic products on TikTok.
• Drive sales performance and engage viewers during live sessions.
• Interact with audience in real-time; respond to comments and feedback; build brand community.
• Participate in creating product content, including videos and short-form clips.
• Manage technical aspects of live streaming: setup, equipment, and software.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Job description

Competitive salary range: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000, based on experience.

Commission, incentive & subsidy for overtime and meeting monthly targets.

EPF, SOSCO and EIS for all salary payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions showcasing cosmetic products on TikTok platforms.
• Drive sales performance and enhance viewer engagement throughout each live streaming session.
• Interact with the audience in real-time by responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback, while fostering engagement and building a brand community.
• Participate in the creation and production of product-related content, including product videos and daily short-form videos.
• Manage the technical aspects of live streaming activities, including setup, equipment operation and software management.
• Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a live streamer or content creator, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry, e-commerce.
• Able to articulate fluent Malay and communicate in English.
• Attractive and presentable looking.
• Exceptional storytelling skills are a plus.
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills, able to engage and entertain a diverse audience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
