Responsible for leading TikTok Shop growth through campaign execution, team collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The TikTok E-commerce Manager will oversee livestream, video, affiliate, and stock management strategies to drive GMV, prevent stockouts, and strengthen overall platform performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute TikTok e-commerce strategies to meet monthly GMV targets.

Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including livestream, short video, affiliate performance, and stock availability.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and livestream teams to align product messaging and campaign goals.

Forecast campaign and normal day stock demand based on sales trends and upcoming activities.

Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid out-of-stock (OOS) situations.

Analyse sales data, traffic sources, and consumer behaviour to optimise content and promotional activities.

Oversee the planning of livestream schedules, host performance, and agency deliverables.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of TikTok creators and affiliates.

Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis, creator partnerships, and platform feature utilisation.

Monitor ROI of content formats and campaigns; recommend and implement improvements.

Serve as a key point of contact between brand, KAMs, and internal teams for TikTok-related matters.

Report weekly on sales performance, project progress, stock status, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce (TikTok Shop preferred).

Strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, commerce tools, affiliate program, and livestream environment.

Data-driven and analytical, with a proven ability to grow GMV through strategy and execution.

Experience in stock forecasting, stock requisition, and inventory planning to support campaign readiness.

Experienced in managing content creators, agencies, and/or livestream operations.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to multitask under tight timelines in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
