About the role

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Centre Captain / Shop Manager to join our team at KUFONG THERAPY CENTRE SDN. BHD. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As the Therapy Centre Captain / Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and management of our therapy centre, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of therapists, ensuring they provide high-quality services and maintain a professional, welcoming environment

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy centre, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and drive business growth

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the centre

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and support to team members

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (3-5 years) in a similar role within the retail or therapy/wellness industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and reporting

Thorough understanding of the therapy/wellness industry and trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin language skills an advantage)
