Theme Park Corporate Sales & Event Executive

The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and experienced Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and lead our corporate sales and events initiatives across our group of theme parks in Malaysia.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships, group sales, corporate events, large-scale events, meetings, corporate outings, team-building activities, large group bookings and event coordination and other (B2B) opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and secure corporate clients and event bookings
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential corporate clients and events
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a trusted advisor to corporate clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the theme park
What we're looking for
