Come join us at the Kijang Graduate Programme in Bank Negara Malaysia. We are looking for passionate fresh graduates with less than one year of working experience!

The Kijang Graduate Programme offers unique exposure to Bank Negara Malaysia's diverse roles in shaping the nation. We provide two main tracks:

  • Graduate Analysts — three department rotations across the sectors of Monetary Stability, Financial Stability, and Corporate Management.
  • Supervision Graduate Analysts — rotations across the Bank’s supervision functions.
  • Digital Graduate Analysts — rotations across the Digital and Technology Sector/Department.

Job Requirements

Who Should Apply

All candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Malaysian citizen;
  • Academic qualifications:
    • Undergraduate or Master's degree: expected or achieved a second class upper (2:1) final degree classification, a CGPA of 3.5/4, or a WAM of 75% in any discipline from a reputable institution;
  • OR
    • Professional accountancy qualification: expected or achieved an average score of 65 across all papers with minimal resits in a reputable institution;

Final results should be obtained by 1 April or 1 September, and

Have less than one year of full-time work experience post-graduation.
