About the Company

About the Role

The Kijang Graduate Programme (KGP) is a 18-month rotation-based programme targeted towards fresh graduates with less than one year’s worth of work experience. Amongst others, the Bank is looking for individuals with a passion for nation building, able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, generate practical solutions, collaborate effectively and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The KGP consists of three tracks:

  • Graduate Analysts : undergo three department rotations across the three broad sectors at the bank: Monetary Stability, Financial Stability, and Corporate Management.
  • Supervision Graduate Analyst : rotated across the Bank’s supervision functions; Financial Conglomerates Supervision, Banking Supervision, Insurance & Takaful Supervision, Risk Specialist & Technology Supervision etc, providing you with the opportunity to engage with industry leaders and experts as well as preparing you for a fulfilling career as a Supervisor.
  • Digital Graduate Analysts : undergo three rotations across the Digital and Technology Sector/Department including IT Risk, IT Supervision, IT Audit and Data Science & Analytics.

Qualifications

All candidates must meet the following entry requirements:

Malaysian citizen;

Academic qualification:

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree: Expected to achieve, or has achieved, either a second class upper (2:1) final degree classification, or a CGPA of 3.5/4, or a WAM of 75% in an undergraduate or masters’ degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution,

OR

  • Professional accountancy qualification: Expected to achieve, or has achieved, an average score of 65 across all papers with minimal resits in a professional accountancy qualification from a reputable academic institution,

Will have obtained final results by 1 April or 1 September; and

Have less than a year of full-time work experience post-graduation.
