Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, as well as providing solutions to work-related problems.

Intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required. Design & Build Enablement proficiency at Intermediate level is recommended, and Build Management proficiency at Beginner level is suggested.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development.
2. Implement best practices for configuration and release management.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in application development.
