Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Your role includes providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Build Management is recommended. Design & Build Enablement proficiency at an advanced level and Java proficiency at an advanced level are suggested.

Key Tasks:

1. Implement automated release processes to ensure efficient and error-free software deployments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline configuration management processes.
3. Develop strategies for continuous integration and deployment to enhance application development.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with release management policies and procedures.
5. Provide training and support to team members on configuration and release management best practices.
