We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Testing Technician to join our Stage Business Unit. This role is responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and functional testing on precision stages and automotive components to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute mechanical, electrical, functional, environmental, vibration, and performance tests.
  • Set up, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment and instruments.
  • Accurately record, analyze, and report test data and results.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with internal standards, ISO/SAE regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to support product development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum O/N Levels or equivalent; Diploma in a related field is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in testing, quality control, or a technical environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime or shift hours when required.
Working Conditions:
  • High‑precision manufacturing or laboratory environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in standing or seated positions for extended periods.
  • Use of PPE as required.
