Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician for testers, fixtures and environmental test chambers. You will diagnose faults, document repairs, and drive corrective actions to minimize reoccurrence.

You will support Operations and Test Engineers, maintain programming facilities and label printing equipment, and ensure ISO-compliant maintenance schedules and spare part control.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in test or debug related field is required for this position.
• Positive attitude & willing to learn; able to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for building testers, fixtures and environmental test chambers to the specification standards required.
• Repairs testers, fixtures in accordance with the fault logging and down time system.
• Diagnose fault causes and drive corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Document repairs and improvements on test equipment.
• Monitor testers for intermittencies and reduce them against targets.
• Support Operations and Test Engineers through continuous improvement initiatives and a Quality First mindset.
• Maintain component programming facility and label printing equipment.
• Control and maintain maintenance and calibration system per ISO requirements.
• Schedule and execute maintenance on time and to correct standards.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for test equipment elements.
• Manage part numbering system for test equipment and spares; establish min/max levels.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibility for building testers, fixtures and environmental test chambers to the specification standards required.

Repairs testers, fixtures in accordance with the fault logging and down time system.

Responsibility for diagnosing the fault and cause of fault and driving appropriate corrective actions to ensure minimal reoccurrence of failures.

Documents all repairs and improvements on test equipment.

Monitors all testers for intermittencies and reduces them in accordance with targets set.

Provides support to Operations and the Test Engineers through participation in the continuous improvement effort and promotion of a "Quality First" mentality.

Supports and maintains the component programming facility and the label printing equipment.

Controls and maintains the equipment maintenance and calibration system in accordance with ISO requirements. Responsibility for scheduling and execution of maintenance on time and to the correct standards.

Responsibility for development of preventative maintenance program development for each element of test equipment.

Controls and maintains the part numbering system for all test equipment's and spares and will be responsible for establishing a min/max level for all spares required.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
