• Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process, and improve yield.
• Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with IC tester/optical transceiver tester is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment troubleshooting.
• Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshooting at an appropriate level and involving senior members of staff
• Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers, enhance teamwork
• Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in MNC industries, preferably 5 years’ experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on 12-hours shift, independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
• Good computer literacy, SPC/GR&R/ knowledge.
• Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
• Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
• Good knowledge of understanding schematic diagram, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage
