Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a lab-focused professional to lead process automation and optimization across the Hardware Test Center. You will own the equipment buyoff, ensure calibration and ambient control, and drive continuous improvement for efficient lab operations.

Responsibilities include audits readiness, collaboration with engineering on testing methods, and ensuring conformance to ISO17025 requirements while expanding capabilities and improving turnaround times.

• Own and manage the overall lab equipment buy-off and intermediate check methodologies.
• Ensure readiness of lab for audits and ISO17025 compliance.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering on tests and alternative methods when needed.
