Job summary

You will sustain and improve key performance indices through continuous improvement activities and work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and yield. Responsibilities

• Validate test floor deviation lots and investigate deviations.
• Determine root causes of test-related issues and classify problems.
• Provide proper disposition of affected lots and follow up on corrective actions.
• Escalate issues to relevant engineering or support teams when required.
• Debug testing-related issues and support manufacturing during troubleshooting activities.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing personnel on lot handling and testing requirements.
• Monitor test process performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, quality, and productivity.
