Job Description

  • Review and analyze daily and weekly yield performance; identify gaps and execute corrective actions to improve test efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead debug and failure analysis activities, ensuring timely issue resolution through proper clearance and follow-up.
  • Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, analyze customer feedback, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Monitor equipment downtime, investigate root causes, and initiate actions to improve test system availability and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with calibration schedules, preventive maintenance plans, spare parts management, and certification validity
  • Oversee the execution of engineering change requests (ECO, VCCA) and validation runs (FAI, SBR) to ensure production readiness.
  • Maintain and regularly update quality system documentation including procedures, work instructions, matrices, and technical reports.
  • Represent the Test Department in cross-functional meetings and drive alignment between test, production, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Oversee the execution of engineering change requests (ECO, VCCA) and validation runs (FAI, SBR) to ensure production readiness.
  • Maintain and regularly update quality system documentation including procedures, work instructions, matrices, and technical reports.
  • Represent the Test Department in cross-functional meetings and drive alignment between test, production, quality, and engineering teams
  • Lead and allocate resources effectively across shifts; provide real-time technical support on the production floor.
  • Mentor and develop test engineers and technicians through structured training and hands-on knowledge sharing.
  • Review new product documentation, define test strategies, and create detailed test plans and execution timelines.
  • Act as the main technical liaison with customers and suppliers for product test-related discussions and updates.
  • Lead internal development and customization of test systems to meet product-specific requirements.


Conduct and document Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) activities per regulatory and customer expectations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a test engineering role within the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in PCBA testing methodologies such as ICT, FCT, Hi-Pot, Final Test, and Box Build Testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge in both analog and digital circuits.
  • Proficiency in test platforms like Agilent, Teradyne, GenRad, etc.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and with international teams
