Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably with battery maintenance or assembly exposure.
• Technical experience would be an added advantage in setup, calibration and repair of listed equipment.

Responsibilities

• Downtime Response & Repair: Attend to equipment downtime, troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve failures.
• Equipment Setup & Changeovers: Execute precise setups, calibrations and changeover activities for continuous production.
• Technical Maintenance: Dismantle, adjust, repair and reassemble machinery per blueprints and manuals.
• Testing & Modifications: Use diagnostic tools to complete post-repair checks and authorized modifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve line efficiency.
