To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Drive yield improvement for ICT and FCT.
• Perform fast troubleshooting on all failed PCBA to ensure quick turnaround.
• Enhance debug troubleshooting skills.
• Improve tester troubleshooting skills.
• Identify test gaps and collaborate with customers for continuous improvement, especially on RMA returns.
• Participate in NPI builds to optimize ICT and FCT test coverage through comprehensive DFT analysis.

The experience we’re looking for:

• Possess a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills Required: Test Engineering Project transfer skills (package/product review, test strategies & proposals, project planning), Electronics Manufacturing Knowledge, ISO13485 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with PCBA test methodologies (ICT, FCT, Hipot, Final Test, Boxbuild Test, etc.) and Minitab (SPC, CpK, Correlations, etc.).
