Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer requirements, review BOMs, and work with vendors to optimize test coverage. The role demands 5 years in PCBA/EMS, strong troubleshooting, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in PCBA or EMS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across PCBA design and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to close end-to-end test manufacturing.
• Understand customer product details and test/debug requirements.
• Review customer packages and BOMs for tester designs (FCT, ICT, FPT).
• Coordinate with vendors to design FCT testers and ICT fixtures.
• Lead debug technicians to reduce debug WIP inventory.
• Ensure tester troubleshooting efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Generate reports and analyze test data to drive improvements.
• Prepare documentation and recommendations.
• Lead technical calls with customers.
