Job summary

Power Integrations is seeking a talented engineer to develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components. The role involves deploying high quality probe and test solutions at OSATs and collaborating with Design and NPI teams to define test methods for new products.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical/electronic/computer/mechatronics engineering.
• Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
• Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.

Education And Professional Experience

• Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Individual with internship experience will be a plus.
• ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
