Job Description
- Setup and manage complex test systems and software solutions: Lead the project tester concept study with CoC, SE, and ENG, plan and design the tester, manage project budget and procurement, ensure on-time delivery, release the test system, and train staff on maintenance and setup guidelines. Lead standardization activities in the functional area.
- Procurement management: Oversee procurement plans involving central purchasing, PIR partners, and suppliers. Maintain supplier performance evaluation and ensure delivery according to specifications.
- Test implementation: Fully execute tests according to procedures, achieve test coverage, and ensure alignment and calibration processes are in line with test procedures.
- Technical guidance: Guide and coach engineers on technical issues.
- Operational support: Lead and monitor daily testing operations, analyze MIS data for improvements, participate in new model discussions, and set up new tools for efficiency.
- Additional duties: Perform other TEF7 related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively and transfer technical knowledge.
- Capability to source off-the-shelf solutions for production testing.
- Ability to design new test concepts and platforms based on product and market needs.
