Job summary

Coherent is seeking a Development Engineer in Ipoh, Malaysia, to design and develop test software for transceiver modules within an existing framework. You will implement full OOP design, create test algorithms, and develop instrument drivers with documentation and testing methodologies.

A degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering and VB.NET/OOP proficiency are required. Role is onsite/hybrid/remote as needed at Coherent's Malaysia facility, with opportunities for growth and exposure

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering required.
• Knowledge in Basic Electronics and programming languages.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in test software engineering or related field; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
