Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Test Development Engineer to advance reliability testing for NAND products. You will build and maintain test programs, collaborate with reliability engineers, and support live product test flows to ensure high-quality results.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering degree and have hands‑on experience with C++/Python, automated test equipment, and AI-augmented test development. This role offers growth in a world‑class memory technology environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Microelectronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven understanding of Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Solid understanding of NAND flash memory reliability failure mechanisms and testing methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with C++/Python and Object‑Oriented Programming.
• Positive attitude and self‑motivation for learning and development.
• Excellent analytical approach and structured personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with using AI tools to improve test program development is advantageous.
