Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Test Development Engineer to drive reliability stress and testing for NAND products. You will build and maintain rigorous test programs and collaborate with reliability engineers to define test flows.

The role involves supporting operations for flawless execution on live products and contributing to burn-in boards and software development. The ideal candidate has a degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering with hands-on C++/Python experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Microelectronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering).
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Hands-on with C++/Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Familiarity with NAND flash memory reliability and testing methodologies.
