Your new role
The TAM duties will include devising named Key Accounts sales plans, managing relationships with targeted key accounts clients, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key account clients. On top of that, Enterprise Building + Data Centre Solutions knowledge and Solutions Proposal build-up capability on Network Connectivity Solutions will be a plus point for this TAM position.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong network and connections within the industry, with the ability to be a hunter and BD with end users. You will be liaising solely with end users and not with distributors. Someone who has an assertive nature and is able to work on project sizes of 200K USD would be the right fit. Individual Contributor role - focusing on key accounts. Sales governance must be top-notch - you must be able to utilise the CRM tools and navigate well.
