Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both existing named key accounts and new business opportunities to drive territory growth.
  • Proactively hunt and acquire new clients, identifying potential business leads within the enterprise and data centre markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Craft and propose tailored solutions focused on network connectivity, enterprise building, and data centre environments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Account Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing end-user accounts across key sectors such as FSI, Colocation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling, enterprise network connectivity, and data center solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in consultative selling with the ability to develop and position customized solution proposals based on client needs.
  • Track record as a proactive "hunter" with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and performance goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools to manage and track customer engagement and sales activities.
