Tenancy Manager

This position is responsible for managing all tenancy operations across the Only World Group portfolio—including our flagship attractions like The TOP Penang, and liaising with strategic landlords such as Genting. You will lead leasing efforts, build strong tenant relationships, ensure smooth handovers and fit-outs, and drive optimal occupancy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage tenancy operations for all Group assets including The TOP Penang
Liaise with external landlords such as Genting and ensure all tenancy agreements and obligations are up to date
Drive leasing strategy and secure quality tenants to enhance asset value and mix
Coordinate tenant onboarding, fit-outs, renewals, and handovers
Monitor rental collections, lease expiry, and tenancy performance
Maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration
Prepare tenancy reports and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration

Minimum 5 years of tenancy or leasing experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality settings

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Familiarity with tenancy laws and property management practices in Malaysia

Ability to multitask across properties, contracts, and partners
