Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Tenancy Agreement Manager to oversee all aspects of lease and tenancy contract management across our property portfolio. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring the compliance of tenancy agreements, working closely with landlords, tenants, legal advisors, and property teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize residential and commercial tenancy agreements.
  • Ensure all tenancy contracts comply with current tenancy laws, housing regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage lease renewals, extensions, terminations, and amendments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenancy-related queries from tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to handle lease disputes and ensure proper legal recourse when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenancy agreements in the lease management system.
  • Monitor key lease dates (e.g., renewals, expiries, rent reviews) and alert relevant teams accordingly.
  • Liaise with property managers and landlords to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants and proper documentation.
  • Continuously review and improve lease documentation processes and templates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tenancy/lease management or contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of tenancy laws, lease structures, and legal documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
